Roy Jakobs appointed as next president and CEO of Philips
An Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGM) of Royal Philips appointed Roy Jakobs as the company’s next president and Chief Executive Officer, effective October 15, 2022, succeeding current president and CEO Frans van Houten.
