Dynamic heart model advances engineered heart tissue tech
The Feinberg research group at Carnegie Mellon University, along with collaborators in the Netherlands, has developed a dynamic heart model comprised of engineered heart muscle tissue designed to mimic physiologic preloads and afterloads.
