The HandMe Galaxy II Retractor, designed for complex procedures including Dupuytren’s contracture, features unique finger securing mechanisms and precision retraction hooks that simplify hand surgery workflow.

The patent-pending HandMe Galaxy II Retractor represents a significant advancement in hand surgical instrumentation, functioning simultaneously as a lead hand, retractor, and suture replacement. Its innovative design creates a stable surgical field without requiring additional personnel or instruments, potentially reducing procedural costs while improving ergonomics for surgeons.
The device incorporates specialized finger hats with dimpled surfaces that securely position digits without restricting blood flow. Low-profile hooks arranged around the base frame provide gentle yet precise tissue retraction, minimizing trauma while maximizing surgical site visibility.
