Giles AI launches research agent for healthcare and life sciences
Giles AI has announced the commercial launch of giles, an AI specialised research agent designed to accelerate healthcare, clinical, and medical research through rapid literature review and data analysis. The tool extracts, analyses, summarises, and references information from verified medical databases and private files, completing tasks within seconds that traditionally require hours of manual work.

Connected to verified medical databases
Using an LLM-agnostic approach, giles optimises research intelligence for scientific text comprehension, data accuracy validation, citation tracking, and domain-specific language understanding across medical, clinical, and academic settings. The agent searches trusted information sources, including private personal documents, to create digestible abstracts and comparisons of relevant data whilst citing and verifying results.
With an accuracy rate of up to 94% and availability in over 40 languages, giles addresses various aspects of life science and healthcare research, including drug discovery and development workflows through real-time insights.
Strategic partnerships support development
Following initial development, the AI agent’s refinement and commercialisation received support through a strategic partnership with Regulatory Scientific and Health Solutions (R-S-S), a specialist in health economics and drug development, to connect researchers with open access medical databases. With ongoing support from Google UK, giles AI has established collaborations with pharmaceutical companies, directly linking researchers to medical databases.
“Giles is transforming the way we approach medical research literature review. Instead of spending hours researching, analysing, and organising data, users can simply ask our innovative AI agent, making healthcare research effortless,” said Rishi Wadhera, CEO of giles AI. “We are excited to share giles with both academics and researchers from across sector as we advance in our mission to make advanced AI research tools available to all, and look forward to seeing the scientific breakthroughs our technology facilitates.”
Exhibition at ISPOR Europe 2025
Giles AI will showcase the technology at ISPOR Europe 2025 in Glasgow from 9-12 November at booth 314.
