GE HealthCare has introduced the Venue Sprint, a new tablet-based ultrasound device, alongside enhancements to its existing Venue family of point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) systems. The launch aims to address the growing demand for portable, high-quality imaging solutions in various clinical settings.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Venue Sprint features<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The Venue Sprint combines the established Venue software with wireless probe capability, utilising Vscan Air dual-probes. This configuration is designed to offer maximum portability without compromising image quality or functionality. The system incorporates artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled tools to assist with image acquisition and interpretation.<\/p>\n

Enhancements to existing Venue systems<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Other Venue family ultrasound systems will now offer optional integration of wireless Vscan Air dual-probes. All Venue systems, including the Sprint, will have access to Caption Guidance, an AI-driven tool providing on-screen guidance for cardiac ultrasound image capture.<\/p>\n
